Since 1 November 2024, EFFIA has been managing parking at the Diamant car park in Anvers city centre. This five-year contract, renewable for one-year periods, marks a further step in EFFIA's development in Belgium.

A stronger presence in Anvers
The Diamant car park contract is the fourth obtained by EFFIA in Antwerp, bringing the total number of spaces managed in the city to 1,387. In addition to the Diamant, EFFIA manages the Cammerpoorte, Stuivenberg and Antwerp Shopping car parks. This growth reflects EFFIA's expansion strategy in Belgium and its commitment to offering modern, high-performance parking solutions.
The Diamant car park : a strategic location
With 660 spaces available, this car park is ideally located. It is just five minutes from the Antwerp ring road and in the immediate vicinity of several major points of interest: Central Station, Opéra station (tram and metro), the Zoo and the diamond district. This location makes it easier for residents and visitors to get around on a daily basis, while still being connected to other modes of urban transport.
