The innovative KUSTOMIZE project, developed by the teams at Keolis and EURODECISION, has been recognized for its pioneering approach to creating bus driver schedules in public transportation.
Successfully tested at Keolis Dijon Multimodalités since 2023, this digital solution aims to provide bus drivers with personalized schedules that take into account individual preferences and service constraints. Based on an advanced planning method, the system uses artificial intelligence and operational research to deliver flexible, tailored schedules for each driver.
Often constrained by rotating schedules over which they have little control, many drivers seek greater simplicity and flexibility in organizing their work hours.
This approach not only optimizes work organization but also significantly improves work-life balance, making the profession more attractive and enhancing employee well-being.
This recognition also underscores the importance of AI in meeting human and professional needs, highlighting technologies such as prescriptive AI and algorithmic optimization.
