Marie-Ange DEBON

Chairwoman and Group Chief Executive Officer

A graduate of HEC (1986) and ENA (1989), Marie-Ange Debon has held several management positions in international groups. 

She began her career in 1990 as a Magistrate at the Court of Auditors (Cour des Comptes) where she spent four years, following which she was Managing Director then SEVP for Resources of France 3 from 1994 to 1998.

From 1998 to 2008, she was Deputy Chief Financial Officer then General Secretary of the Thomson Group, which subsequently became Technicolor. 

In 2008, she joined the SUEZ Group as General Secretary when it was listed on the stock market. In 2013 she became Senior Executive Vice President, where she successively managed the International division (€4.6 billion revenue and more than 50 countries) and the France division (30,000 employees, €5,8 billion revenue). 

Marie-Ange Debon has served as Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of the Keolis Group since 24 August 2020.

She has also been President of the Professional Federation of Urban and Rail Public Transport (UTP) since 2021. She is furthermore a member of the Boards of Directors of several listed companies and is Vice-President of MEDEF International.
