As a member of the Executive Committee, Christelle oversees Keolis' economic and financial performance as well as the activities of Legal Affairs and Insurance, Internal Audit, M&A, Strategy and Real estate.
Christelle Villadary is a graduate of ESSEC and began her career in 1997 in auditing and consulting at Arthur Andersen.
From 2002 to 2010, at Technicolor (formerly Thomson Multimedia), Christelle successively held the positions of Investor Relations Manager, Corporate Finance Manager, and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO before taking charge of a programme to reorganise and transform financial processes and tools, reporting to the Group CFO.
From 2010 to 2019, she then held a number of positions in the SUEZ Group, first as Secretary of the Group Investment Committee, then as CFO for Africa, Middle East and India, and then as Group Director of M&A and Financial Engineering. In 2017, she was appointed Vice President M&A/Strategy and a member of the SUEZ Executive Committee.
Up until March 2021, she was Chief Financial Officer of Quadient, a listed company and a member of the SBF 120 index.
Christelle Villadary was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of Keolis on 19 April 2021.
