At Keolis, diversity and inclusion are more than just principles: they are the pillars of our vision for building an enriching working environment open to all. With this in mind, 29 pairs were formed within our Group to take part in a unique day of exchange, discovery and immersion.
An initiative to break down barriers
The aim of the day, which was devoted to collaboration, was to promote mutual understanding between different profiles and professions. The participants, who came from a variety of backgrounds, had the opportunity to find out what their colleagues do on a day-to-day basis, share their experiences and strengthen their links. This approach is in line with our desire to overcome prejudice and value each individual, whatever their background.
