On Monday 20 November, the Transport on Demand service offered by Keolis Métropole Orléans was put in the spotlight when Clément Beaune, Minister for Transport, visited Orleans to discuss mobility.

The visit provided a remarkable opportunity for the subsidiary to showcase its innovative Transport on Demand service by demonstrating its effectiveness. Passenger numbers are rising steadily and are expected to exceed 500,000 this year! To cope with the growing demand, three new vehicles have been added to the area.

Together with Annelise Avril, the Group’s CEO France, Major Urban Networks, Antoine Lequeux, the CEO of Keolis Métropole Orléans had the honour of giving a detailed presentation of this service for the people of Orleans. The testimonies of two drivers and two customers completed the demonstration of the general satisfaction with this on-demand service.
