Supported by EIT Urban Mobility (European Union), the SoH Fleet project brings together mobility and innovation experts with a shared ambition: to optimise the lifespan and performance of electric vehicle batteries used in public transport.
A Strategic International Partnership
Through its Blois subsidiary, Keolis is actively engaged in this collaborative project alongside renowned partners such as Actia Automotive, Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona, and the Cooperative Automotive Research Network. By combining their expertise, these stakeholders are developing cutting-edge technology to enhance the energy efficiency and reliability of electric transport.
SoH Fleet: An Innovative Solution for Greener Transport
From spring 2025, this technology will be tested on six electric buses within Keolis Blois’ Azalys network. The objectives? To identify and analyse key energy consumption factors in order to reduce maintenance costs by 20% and extend battery lifespan by 20%. Currently under development, SoH Fleet aims for full industrialisation, paving the way for large-scale deployment in the coming years.
A Concrete Commitment to Sustainable Mobility
With SoH Fleet, Keolis reaffirms its commitment to environmentally friendly transport. By focusing on innovative solutions, the Group is actively contributing to the transition of the transport sector towards more sustainable and equally efficient mobility.
