A graduate of the French engineering school ENSEEIHT, Annelise Avril began her career in 1995 as a project engineer in SUEZ’ consulting and engineering subsidiary, joining the French Water Circle as General Delegate from 2000 to 2003. From 2004 to 2021, she worked in different operational functions within SUEZ, including O&M Manager in France, Performance & Innovation Manager in Perth, Australia, General Manager of Allwater, the SUEZ South Australia subsidiary, and CEO of SUEZ Consulting, the SUEZ subsidiary dedicated to engineering and consulting services in 35 countries in the environment, mobility and climate energy sectors, before being appointed Group Senior Vice President for R&D, Innovation and Digital Transformation.
In 2021 Annelise joined Keolis as Executive Vice President for Marketing, Innovation and New Mobility Services in France and abroad, and member of the Executive Committee. In September 2023, she became Chief Executive Officer, France, in charge of Major Urban transport networks.
