The S-1 Gard is a device designed to prevent serious accidents in urban environments. Installed in front of the rear wheel of buses and in the middle of articulated buses, this polyurethane barrier plays a key role in immediately pushing anyone who falls near the vehicle out of the wheel's path. This essential advancement ensures a harmonious coexistence between different modes of transport and helps protect pedestrians, cyclists, e-scooter riders, and motorcyclists, who are particularly vulnerable in urban areas.
