Over three days, participants shared their successes, challenges and strategies on three key topics:
Converting diesel bus fleets to electric
Transforming depots
Using data to optimise operations
With feedback ranging from Blois to Stockholm, the E-Volution Club highlighted the diversity of contexts and replicable best practices, whether for networks under deployment or large fleets such as in Flanders. By organising this meeting, Keolis reaffirmed its role as a leading player committed to the energy transition.
The E-Volution Club strengthened the sharing of experience, helped identify common areas for improvement and offered support to local public transport authorities in their conversion projects. This initiative brings experts and decision-makers together to develop bus networks that are more sustainable and better suited to passengers' needs.
